So, yes! Bottle Crew is expanding once again, and we're going into LP territory. Starting today, you can do LPs and we will put them onto a youtube account for all to see.
Sounds easy? Well, there are some rules.
General Rules
-------------
1. You must sign up and be approved for a game before you start submitting videos.
2. All submitted segments must be 30 minutes long or less.
3. Keep hardcore swearing or obscene to a minimum. If you sound like after hours or a stream on sexual wednesdays, you are doing something wrong.
4. Facial cameras are optional, but ensure that it does not take up a large amount of the screen if you choose to use one.
5. Commentary is not optional. If 5 minutes go by and you are not talking, unless you are in a high stress moment of the game, you're doing something wrong.
6. You must submit your segment for review before it goes up on the Bottle Crew account. This can be done through uploading your video on another account, or transferring it via skype.
7. If your segment is rejected, don't be a jerk. We need to maintain a high level of quality on the youtube account, so if you are rejected, there's a good reason for it and we will be happy to discuss with you why your particular submission may have been rejected.
If you would like to sign up to start doing LPs, you can sign up at docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Agji0d4pKmJMdG5udGRvd2l4UmNmdmgtbURQRFBqcVE#gid=0. Once with Andy or myself give you approval for the game (just so we clearly know who is doing what so there are no repeats and such), feel free to work on your segments!
If you want to do a LP of a game that does not have a defined end (such as Minecraft), please ask about it. There are many ways that can go, and we'd like to keep this process as structured as possible.
If anything is unclear or you have any questions, please ask them below! I want to make sure this is all extremely clear so that we can get our LPs off to a great start
